Home / Service Areas / Laguna Beach
From beach cottages to hillside estates, Laguna floors take sand, salt, and sun. We restore them without changing the character of the home.
Laguna Beach has everything from 1920s cottages to modern glass houses on the hill, and the floors vary as much as the architecture. What they share is exposure: sand tracked in off the beach, salt air through open doors, and strong sun on decks, patios, and stone entries.
We restore the original materials wherever we can, whether that's old-growth hardwood in a cottage, polished marble in a newer build, or the flagstone and limestone outside. Every job starts with a test area so you see the result on your own floor before we do the whole room.
We serve all of Laguna Beach, including North Laguna, South Laguna, Top of the World, Three Arch Bay, and Emerald Bay.
Original wood floors are cleaned, screened, and recoated, or fully refinished, keeping as much of the old wood as possible.
Reclaimed terracotta, oak strapping, and marble-banded parquet get cleaned and re-sealed by hand, each material with its own product, so nothing gets stripped or stained.
Limestone, flagstone, and pavers are cleaned and sealed with a breathable, UV-stable sealer.

Yes. Many Laguna homes are on steep or narrow streets. We plan around parking and hose runs and let you know in advance what we need.
Only if you want it to. We offer natural-look penetrating sealers and color-enhancing sealers. We test both on your stone first.
Yes. We assess how much wear layer is left and recommend a recoat or refinish accordingly.
We come to your home, test a small area so you can see the result, and give you a clear price. No pressure.
