Many Laguna Niguel homes were built with travertine, marble, and big-format tile. Two or three decades on, most of it is ready for a restore.
A lot of the homes in Laguna Niguel went up in the '80s and '90s with Mediterranean styling, which meant travertine entries, marble baths, and large tile floors throughout. After twenty or thirty years of daily traffic, that stone loses its polish, the fill in travertine starts to pop out, and grout lines turn gray.
We restore those floors instead of replacing them. That usually means deep cleaning grout, refilling open travertine holes, honing out wear patterns, and polishing and sealing. It costs a fraction of new flooring and keeps the original stone that made the house.
We serve all of Laguna Niguel, including Bear Brand Ranch, Marina Hills, the Crown Valley corridor, and the hillside neighborhoods above the coast.
We refill open holes and voids, hone out traffic wear, and bring the stone back to a honed or polished finish.
Etching from soaps and cleaners gets honed out, then polished and sealed so the counters and floors match again.
Stamped concrete and pavers get pressure washed to lift grime, mildew and efflorescence, then sealed to bring the color back.

Yes. Travertine is naturally porous and the original fill wears out. We refill the holes with color-matched filler and then hone and polish the surface.
Almost always, often by a wide margin, and there's no demolition. We will give you a straight answer if a floor is too far gone.
Most homes take one to three days depending on square footage and the condition of the stone.
We come to your home, test a small area so you can see the result, and give you a clear price. No pressure.
